In this method, grinding fabric is cut in band type, wound up many truns on separated cylinders(4,5), folded up the mid center in U-type by iris type pressing rods(10) and fastened by a fastening matal clamp(11). The folding system comprises iris type pressing rods(10) of which one end is fastened on a rotating wheel(12) by a screw and the other end is constrained in slots on a fixed wheel(13).
