The circuit for converting the binary value below decimal point into the decimal value and displaying it with 7 segment LED by using Karnaugh map comprises an inverter (1), AND gates (2,3), OR gate (4), decoders (5,7), and LEDs (8,9). The first figure (Mo) below decimal point is applied to (10), the second one to (20), and the third one to (30), then the outputs of the decoders (5-7) provides converted binary value to LED for displaying the decimal value.
