<p>The dc motor has its casing provided with contact segments and movable into different operating positions by hand about the axis of symmetry. The casing, when moved, interacts with stationary sliding contacts. The contact segments are on the end face of the casing. The casing can be locked into separate positions and acts, therefore, as a direction reversing switch. The contact segments and the stationary contacts are connected to battery powered circuits in a specified manner. The motor casing may have a protrusion, used as casing moving handle which can also lock it in position.</p> |
