PURPOSE:To correct the gradient value of a calibration curve to a gradient value in a state near actual object measurement to make it possible to obtain an ion density with a high precision by injecting correction liquid by the same means as object measurement when the calibration curve is produced. CONSTITUTION:When ion activity is measured by using ion electrode 1 and reference electrode 2, high-density standard liquid is injected into measurement tank 3 by pippet 6, etc., to obtain measure potential VH. Next, high-density standard liquid is abandoned, and after washing, correction liquid is injected into measure tank 3 by rolling pump 7, etc., to obtain measure potential VCH. Next, correction liquid are injected by the same operation to obtain measure potentials VL and VCL, and gradient C of the calibration curve is obtained according to the expression, and this calibration curve is used to obtain ion activity of the object. |
