PURPOSE:To manufacture the title sheet while planning efficient manufacture, quality improvement and cost reduction by continuously annealing a cold rolled steel sheet contg. a specified amt. of Si and P at a specified temp. followed by temper rolling as required. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolled steel sheet contg. Si 0.02-2.0% and P 0.05-0.15% is continuously annealed at a temp. from the recrystallization temp. to the A3 transformation point and optionally temper-rolled at a reduction ratio of about 2-7% to adjust the punchability. The continuous annealing results in considerable improvement in magnetism, and the temper rolling controls the magnetism, thereby planning efficient manufacture due to intensive use of material and improvement of qualities such as magnetism, form and surface defects. In addn., by reducing alloying elements to be added the cost is lowered. |
