Skiing clothes are provided with a pocket-shaped element 1 into which is inserted an encapsulated liquid crystals thermometer 5. The external face 3 of the pocket is transparent. The thermometer permits the skier to measure the snow temperature both externally and internally of the pocket. Preferably the accessory is applied onto the lower portion of the ski pants.
