<p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently correspond to the collation processing of the personal identification number of a system even at the time of using it for a conventional magnetic card system by linking the special information to judge whether or not the number of times of the collation discordance of the personal identification number is automatically counted in the internal part with the personal identification number. CONSTITUTION:It is collated whether or not the prescribed relation exists between both for a second data column (code number) inputted from an external part and a first data string stored in a memory part, and when the collation result is negative, it is judged whether the number of the times of negation is accumulated based on the special information set beforehand and only when it is judged that the number of times of negation is accumulated, the number of the times of the negation is accumulated.
