PURPOSE:To facilitate sequence control, and to quickly start this device, by mounting an ink jet set pressure detecting means for controlling the opening and closing of a magnet valve to an accumulator, in which ink from a pump is admitted and which accumulates pressure. CONSTITUTION:Ink from an ink cartridge 1 passes through a sub-tank 2, is pressurized by means of a pump portion 4 and passes through a filter 5, the pulsation of pressure is absorbed by means of an accumulator 6, and the ink passes through a magnet valve 7, is injected from a head portion 8 and is printed on recording paper 10. A jet set pressure detecting means is installed to the accumulator 6, the magnet valve 7 is closed when pressure in the accumulator is not more than set pressure, and the magnet valve is opened when the pressure reaches set pressure. When pressure in the accumulator 6 reaches jet set pressure by the pressurization of the pump, the magnet valve 7 is opened, and printing is started from the head portion 8. |
