<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an abrasion-resistant sintered member which has a larger amount of hard phases dispersed in the matrix, without deteriorating the abrasion resistance and strength. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the abrasion-resistant sintered member includes the steps of compacting a raw powder containing a matrix-forming powder and a hard-phase-forming powder, and sintering the green compact, wherein the matrix-forming powder of 90 mass% or more has a particle diameter as small as 46μm at the maximum, and the hard-phase-forming powder occupies 40 to 70 mass% of the raw powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
