PURPOSE:To secure the control for the overlap width with no gap caused at the time point when the square wave pulses obtained from the sine wave type waveform by varying the current ratio between two constant current sources. CONSTITUTION:Input signal vb1 and vb2 are applied to the bases of transistors Tr4 and 9. Common constant current source 5 is connected to the emitter of Tr4 and 9 each, and constant current sources 3 and 8 are connected to the collectors of Tr4 and 9 each. At the same time, resistors 2 and 7 are connected to the collectors Tr1 and 6, and square wave output signals v01 and v02 are obtained across resistors 2 and 7. In such constitution, current ratio I1/I0 between sources 5 and 8 is varied to give the control to the overlap width between two output v01 and v02 at the cross time point between two input vb1 and vb2. To secure the control for the overlap width without causing any gap, ratio I1/I0 must be set to 1/2 or less. |
