PURPOSE:To simplify fabrication by providing a waveguide divided into two in its length direction and by hermetically fixing not less than two plane circuit boards on those divided surfaces by screws for the partial replacement of a plane circuit board. CONSTITUTION:Split waveguides 6a and 6b obtained by dividing into two in a length direction are provided and on the split surface of waveguide 6a, not less than two plane circuit boards 7 and 7' are hermetically fixed by screws 8 and 8' in screw holes 9 and 9'. Further, waveguide 6b is also fixed by screws 11 in screw holes 10a, holes are made corresponding plane circuit boards, and waveguide 6b is provided with concave parts 12 and 12', where heads of screws 8 and 8' intrude. Consequently, not less than two plane circuit boards of a microwave plane circuit fitted to split waveguides can partially be replaced and a couple of split waveguides equal in length can be employed, so that its manufacture can be simplified. |
