摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of utilization of a power supply by eliminating ineffective power consumption inside of a circuit by controlling an electronic switch for capacitive load discharging at the best timing by a driving signal generated paying attention to the potential holding action of a capacitive load. CONSTITUTION:To charge and discharge load capacity 6 with the driving electrode of a solid-state circuit device, complementary bipolar transistors Tr7 and Tr8 connecting the power supply in series are provided as charging-discharging electronic switch elements and a driving signal supplied from input terminal 1 is polarity- inverted by AND gate circuit 2 and applied to Trs 7 and 8 in common. To bases of those Trs 7 and 8, Zener diodes 9 and 10 are connected in series and those Zener voltages are adequately selected paying attention to the absolute level of the driving pulse signal applied in common and the power voltage to control switch elements at the best timing while eliminating the simultaneous turning-on operations of Trs 7 and 8, thereby improving the efficiency of utilization of the power supply with the ineffective power of the circuit reduced.
