PURPOSE:To accurately determine elements quantatively contained by means of special calculation that corrects data obtained from measuring lines, by previously preparing the measuring lines by means of a new technique when determining the elements quantatively in a hypereutectic aluminum alloy by means of luminous analysis. CONSTITUTION:The ratio of the quantities of each element to the quantity of aluminum, which are contained in a standard sample, which concentration is known, is beforehand computed, and measuring lines are prepared which indicate the relationship of the spectral line strength of each element to be analyzed to the ratio. The value of the quantities of elements to be analyzed / the quantity of aluminum (Cx/Al) is gained from the spectral line strength of elements to be measured acquired from a sample to be measured by using the measuring lines. The value obtained is introduced to a formula, and the quantities of the elements to be measured are acquired by means of correction calculation. |
