BIAXIAL STRETCH BLOW MOULDING FOR POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE RESIN BOTTLE WITH HANDLE

摘要

PURPOSE:To form handle portion on main body of the bottle simply and securely in the method that primary preformation with swell for handle is preformed by blow molding of resin piece, and secondary preformation with handle blank formed by sealing the swell is again stretched in blowing mold so as to complete final bottle with handle. CONSTITUTION:Primary preformation Y1 is preformed by biaxial stretch blow molding of resin piece P made of polyethylene terephthalate resin, and handle blank Y2-1 of secondary preformation Y2 is formed by heat sealing swell portion Y1-1 of primary preformation Y1 while it is still in semi-molten state within its moldable temperature limits. Thereafter, the secondary preformation Y2 is further molded by biaxial stretch blow-molding by making use of metal mold having predetermined original form of bottle so as to produce completed bottle B of desired configuration.
