PURPOSE:To ensure high dielectric strength and small size, by using the soft magnetic substance having greater external size than that of ferrite core, in the microwave ferrite element providing the ferrite core between the soft magnetic substance and the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:The ground plate 15 is closely placed on one iron sheet 13, two sheets of ferrite cores 17 are placed on it, and they are shielded electrically with the shield plate 16. Further, the center conductor 16 is inserted between the two ferrite cores 17, and the permanent magnet 14 is closely placed on the upper part of the shield plate. Accordingly, the heat dissipated from the ferrite core 17 is quickly led to the heat sink 22 such as aluminum-made heat dissipation fins through the ground plate 15 and iron plate 13. Further, the size of the soft magnetic substance 13 is made greater than that of the ferrite core 17. |
