摘要	PURPOSE:To enable to respond for broad frequency range without lowering the conversion effeciency, by combining the piezoelectric type oscillation mechanism with the resonance point at higher frequencies with the electromagnetic type oscillation mechanism having the resonance point at lower frequencies. CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic flux generator 1 and the piezoelectric oscillator 8 are simultaneously driven at the same time with the input signal, the oscillation of the vibration plate 10 is the sum of the vibration of the vibration mechanism and the piezoelectric oscillator. Further, since the resonance pehnomenon is used, the electric conversion efficiency is excellent in comparison with the widened frequency range with Q dump of resonance.
