The circuit has a pair of complementary MOS transistors (MN01, MP02) with interconnected gates and connected in series between opposite supply terminals by a chain of consecutive reciprocal delay stages, where the terminals supply an input signal to the gates. Drains of the transistors and taps (S1-S4) between the consecutive delay stages form a knot, which provides one of overlapping signals. The stages are formed by capacitors (C1-C4) and resistors (R1-R4), and all delay stages are designed to have same delay.
