PURPOSE:To obtain an ideal stirred mixed condition by applying a predetermined pressure to sewage by means of a pressure pump, mixing sulfuric acid with the sewage, atomizing the sewage and adding the atomized sewage with an agent. CONSTITUTION:A sewage receiving tank T, having a pressure pump P1, a sulfuric acid measuring pump P2 and a stirring impeller f, communicates with a passage from an agent tank T2 through hole h of a feed means F1. An agent measuring pump P3 is arranged in the passage. The passage is connected to a mixer Mx consisting of a stirring disc Fm and a casing K surrounding the disc. The stirring disc Fm is provided with a stirring blade f1 and annular blades b, b' on a one side of the mixer which is driven and rotated by a shaft S. Annular rest rings r, r' interlocking the blades b, b' are doubly formed inside the casing, whereby during sewage disposal foaming is prevented, sewage can be atomized and a mixing ratio of the agent or an additive to the sewage can constatly be kept. |
