PURPOSE:To enable the free selection of a lipid concn. and to prepare a liposome of a desired content by substituting a lipid-contg. org. solvent obtd. by dissolving lipid in an org. solvent which dissolves the lipid and is compatible with water through a dialysis membrane. CONSTITUTION:The lipid-contg. org. solvent is prepd. by dissolving the lipid in the org. solvent which dissolves the lipid and is compatible with the water and thereafter, this lipid-contg. org. solvent is substituted with the water through the dialysis membrane to prepare the liposome. A good result is obtd. as well by dissolving drugs such as sterol, estrogen and antibiotics and including the drugs into the liposome. The lipid includes soybean lecithin, hydrogenated soybean lecithin, egg yolk lechin, etc. The org. solvent includes methanol, ethanol, propanol, acetone, dioxane, etc. |
