PURPOSE:To improve power-generating capacity, in a thermal power generating plant by an exclusive combustion of liquefied natural gas, by making effective gasification of light-weight content and heavy-weight content of LNG for achieving efficient conversion to thermal motive force and also for effective utilization of waste gas. CONSTITUTION:An LNG gasifying systems A are composed of a pump 2, an LNG preheater 3, a gas-liquid separator 4, and NG superheater 5, and an expander turbine 6, and also of a gas-liquid separator 4, a heavy-weight content evaporator 7, a heavy-weight content separator 8, and a turbine 6, and these systems are designed to effectively gasify LNG's light-weight content and heavy-weight content, respectively, and to drive the turbines 6. Further, waste gas from a thermal power plant 20 is transferred to a waste gas cooling unit 11. An intermediate media circulating system B is composed of a cooling unit 11, a motive force recoverying turbine, 9 a superheater 5, a pump 10 and a preheater 3, and this system is designed to conduct heat-exchanging of natural gas and, at the same time, to put out auxiliary motive force by driving the turbine 9. |
