<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room entrance-leaving management device having the anti-pass back check function by arranging a card reader only in an entrance of a room. <P>SOLUTION: A first determining part 24 determines whether or not a first identification number attached to a card 4 coincides with a second identification number read out of a storage part 22. When these numbers coincide, a first password generating part 25 generates a first password, and a display control part 26 displays the first password on a display 5. A first releasing part 28 displays the first password on the display 5, and then, releases an electric lock 11 arranged in a door 7 of the room 2. A first storage command part 27 stores a first releasing signal of releasing the electric lock 11 in the storage part 22.
