PURPOSE:A molten aluminum alloy is poured into the part where the sleeve is formed to form integrally the aluminum sleeve firmly adhering to the end face of warp on the top of flade,thus effecting the complete prevention of slipping off the sleeve and producing title spindle that can avoid the increase in vibration during operation. CONSTITUTION:Warp 4 is put on spindle blade 3 to form the part driving spindle A and each of them is held on parts 13 and 14 respectively. At this time, the insertion part 31 of the sleeve at the edge of the blade is projected into the part to be casted 15 and a molten aluminum alloy is forced into the cavity from inlet 17. The aluminum alloy closely adheres to the end face of warp 41 and the insertion part 31 to form alluminum sleeve 5. The surface is finished and a tip button for holding a paper bobbin is inserted on the surface. The resulting paper bobbin spindle has a groove for cutting yarn 7 that can readily cut and remove the yarn end wrapping on the sleeve. The drawing force at the insertion part is over 1600kg. |
