PURPOSE: To provide a device, with which an eggshell is peeled from a boiled egg, having tube-shaped egg positioning members on two shafts to be rotated in the same rotating direction during cracking operation and including a retainer roller while keeping a gap from a conveyer belt and a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: Two pivots 5 having hexagonal cross. sections are arranged under an egg positioning member 4 having a lower opening, the shafts 5 are rotated in the same rotating direction, and it is rotated while cracking the eggshell. The cracked egg is sent onto a belt 2 and moved forward to a guiding member 12, a retainer roller 16, cylinder 13 and guide member 12 are held up by an arm 14 and when the egg is passed through the roller 16, the cylinder 13 and the roller 16 are moved down by the arm 14 until being abutted to the belt 2 in the state of positioning the egg between them so that the eggshell can be removed from the egg. |
