PURPOSE:To obtain a high-efficient, small-sized, and lightweight cleaning device, by disposing nonmagnetic sleeves possessing a magnet roll inside in the vicinity of carrier, and placing a fur brush of which bristle end touches the carrier, between the two sleeves. CONSTITUTION:Nonmagnetic sleeves 11 possessing rotatable magnet rolls 10 inside are disposed in the upper and lower part in the vicinity of a drum 1, and a rotating fur brush 15 of rabbit fur or synthetic fibers is placed between the two sleeves 11, 11' so that the bristle end thereof may contact with the surface of the drum 1. In order that the toner deposited on this fur brush 15 may be easily attracted magnetically to the sleeves, members 12, 12' of large curvature are made to contact with the brush 15 and are place close to the sleeves 11, 11'. Thus, scatter of toner inside the machine is reduced, and the contamination of the machine interior may be extremely decreased, so that the toner after cleanining may be completely recovered, thereby greatly incresing the cleaning efficiency. |
