CONSTITUTION:The control levers 30, 31 and the second operation lever 38 are elastically coupled with the coupling means consisting of the coupling member 36, and springs 39, 40. Thus, when the operation lever 30 or 31 is operated from the return position to the operation end position, after the energy is stored to the spring 39 or 40 linking the second operation lever 38 and the coupling member 36 while being latched with the latch means consisting of the steel ball 43 and spring 44 and groove 38b for the second operation lever 38, the energy of the spring 39 or 40 overcomes the latch force to release the latch of the second operation lever 38, the first and second operation levers 27 and 38 are momentarily moved from the neutral position to the operation position with the energy stored in the spring 39 or 40, and the gear 25a of the second rotating body 25 is geared to the gear 4a of the supply reel stand 4.</p> |
