摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of troubles at the re-driving by evacuating necessary data into non-volatile memories and having the mode of the copying operation stored at the power source interruption. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU U1 detects power supply DOWN, it passes necessary data through an input-output control element U7, sends timing signal E/W, etc. to the respective terminals of a non-volatile memory control element U15 and applies the non-volatile data pushing signal to the terminals MG of non-volatile memories U13 and U14 to have them written in the non-volatile memories by MNOS gate input signal thereby storing them as non-volatile data. To read out these non- volatile data, initial resetting is done by turning on of power supply, after which the U1 sends the timing signal E/W, etc. to the element U15 through the element U7 and inputs the non-volatile data poping signal to the memories U13 and U14. As a result of this, the CPU determines the execution concerning copy run and therefore the occurrence of troubles at the re-driving may be prevented.
