PURPOSE:To manufacture a thin damping sheet easily and use it in an extensive temperature range by impregnating liquid silicon in a sheet material consisting of an inorganic filler and silicone rubber or a binding material, and hardening it. CONSTITUTION:A damping sheet 1 is made up of impregnating liquid silicon in a sheet consisting of an inorganic filler and silicone rubber or a binding material and then hardened. A projection and an interconnecting hole being embedded in the damping sheet 1 each are formed in a claw-up steel sheet 2a being laminated on the damping sheet 1. The claw-up steel sheet 2a installs extrusion projections 3a alternately at both sides and forms extruding holes 4a therein. And then the damping sheet 1 is stuck, under pressure, at both the sides respectively. Thus, the thin damping sheet is easily manufacturable, and it is usable in an extensive temperature range. |
