PURPOSE:A plurality of plates for dividing fiber flows are provided on the opening of the casing as if vertical section frames were formed so that fibers of fine denier can be divided and collected and fibers of thick denier can increase the uniforming of spun yarns. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of plates for dividing fiber flow 10 are provided on the opening 6 of casing so that vertically divided frames are formed. The dividing plates are little curved and vertically long wood and the cross section has the highest part 8 at the center in the inner side and inclining surfaces 9 on both right and left sides. The bended surfaces of the plates are made to oppose to fiber dividing roll 4 and the back surfaces 11 are made to oppose to connections 12 respectively at the inlet for fiber collector 2. The fiber flow carried by air flow from the roller revolving at a high speed is divided by the highest parts 8 of the dividing plates and introduced along the inclining surface 9 into adjacent collectors 1. Even in fine denier fibers, they are not stopped on the connector 12 to flow smoothly. |
