<p>NEW MATERIAL:Quinolone derivatives of formula I [R is H, low alkyl; R<1> is H or incorporate with R<2> to form single bond; R<2>, R<3> are H, lower alkyl, where R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are not H at the same time; R<4> is lower alkyl, aryl, -A-COOH (A is group of formula II; R<5> is H, lower alkyl; n is integral number of 2-4)]. EXAMPLE:4,4-Dimethyl-6-propionyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline-2-one. USE:Anti-inflammatory agent, antithrombotic agent, and synthetic intermediate of a strong depressant of blood platelet coagulation. PREPARATION:A compound of formula III and a compound of (R<6>CO)mX(R<6> is methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl; X is halogen, O, m is 1 when X is a halogen and 2 when X is O) or of formula IV are reacted in the presence or absence of a solvent in the presence of a catalyst at 0 deg.C to the refluxing temperature to give the compound of formula I.</p> |
