PURPOSE:To prevent the fault occurrence and the performance lowering of the waveguide path by cutting away part of the thread of the 1st or 2nd screw in the direction of the screw axis to secure the linkage channel and then fusing the metal solder material featuring a high conductivity in the reducing gas to give the solder junction to both screws. CONSTITUTION:Tube 4 is formed cylindrical with use of the metal for propagation of the microwave inside the tube, and 1st screw 5 is formed at part of the tube. Then flange 6 is formed with the metal and then fitted across tube 4 to support the tube. At the same time, 2nd screw 7 formed at part of flange 6 fits to screw 5. Then part of the thread of screw 5 or 7 is cut away in the direction of the screw axis to secure linkage channel 8, and the metal solder material featuring a high conductivity is fused in the reducing gas and then flowed into channel 8 to give solder junction 9 to both screws 5 and 7. As a result, the intensity can be increased at the junction area to prevent the breakdown, thus preventing both the fault occurrence and the performance lowering of the waveguide path. |
