PURPOSE:To obtain a highly elastic and light-weight speaker diaphragm also excellent in the forming properties by giving the thermal forming to the material composed by impregnating the phenol-group resin into the phenol-group fiber and then forming the carbon layer of the Si and B group inorganic polymer on the surface of the carbonized surface. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm main body is formed by using phenol-group fiber 3 as the basic material and then impregnating phenol-group resin 4 into the basic material. The chemical structure formula is analogous between fiber 3 and resin 4, and thus they are combined firmly through the thermal forming at 200-300 deg.C. The combined fiber 3 and resin 4 are then heated up gradually in the non-oxygen or inactive gas atmosphere to be carbonized at the temperature of 700 deg.C or higher. Then Si and B group inorganic polymer 6 dissolved into the solvent is coatd evenly onto the surface of formed substance 5. After drying, substance 5 is heated up to 600 deg.C or higher to carbonize even polymer 6. Thus SiC carbonized boron layer 7 is formed on the surface substance 5 to be used as the basic material of the diaphragm. Layer 7 features the amorphous state, thus obtaining the diaphragm featuring the excellent physical properties. |
