PURPOSE:To provide a grouting mortar of improved impact resistance, comprising a conventional grouting mortar and a metallic fiber. CONSTITUTION:The objective improved grouting mortar comprising (A) a conventional grouting mortar and (B) 0.5-3vol%, based on the weight of said motor, of a metallic fiber. Said metallic fiber is of, e.g., flake, straight line, or wave shape; the preferable sizes are as follows: (1) flake and wave... whickness: 0.1-2mm, width: 0.2-5mm, length: 10-50mm, (2) straight line... diameter: 0.1-2mm, length: 10-50mm. The component (A) comprises a cement mortar and such ingredients as a) lime, calcium aluminate, or calcium sulfoaluminate (and, if required, gypsum), which cause expansion force due to the hydration, or b) iron powder-based compound(s), a binder, a blowing agent, and a retarder. |
