摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the cycle characteristic by providing a carbon layer which reacts with perchloric radical produced from perchloric salt during over charging on the surface of positive pole. CONSTITUTION:Negative pole 1 composed of light metal sheet such as Li is pressure applied on inner face of negative pole can 2, while positive pole 3 pressure molded from MoO3 added with conductive agent and binder is pressure applied as active material on the inner bottom of positive can 4. Carbon layer 5 pressure molded from carbon powder is placed on the surface of said positive pole 3 and tightly pressed. Perchloric litium dissolved in a mixed solution of propylene carbonate and 1.2 dimetxy ethane is employed as the electrolyte. With such structure perchloric radical produced from perchloric salt during over charging reacts with the carbon layer 5 to form layer compound, thereby decomposition of electrolyte due to the reaction with organic solution can be prevented.
