The emulsion, of W/O type, for rejuvenation and invigoration of tired and dehydrated skins, is made by (a) heating the oily phase (lanoline, vaseline, glycerol, vegetable oil and emulsifier) to 120 deg C stirring constantly at 600-700 rpm.; (b) cooling to around 60 deg C and adding dist. water and methyl p-benzene as preservative, while stirring at the same speed; (c) when ambient temp. is reached, adding 100 ml. carrot extract and yellow wheat infusion; (d) agitating at the same speed and standing until the emulsion reaches room temp.; and (e) adding the selected aroma, bottling and storing at room temp.
