PURPOSE:To make it possible to use as a packaging material for medicines or the like which are mainly composed of creosote, by applying organosol to a metal foil thereby to form an adhesive coating film of acid modified polyolefin, and applying an acid modified polyolefin film of the same kind thereto. CONSTITUTION:Organosol having acid modified polyolefin as a solid component is applied onto a metal foil, and dried, thereby to form an adhesive coating film. A polyolefin film containing acid modified polyolefin film of the same kind as the film in the organosol is attached and adhered with pressure onto the adhesive coating film. For the metal foil, although there are various kinds of foils, an aluminum foil which is cheap and light in weight is preferable from the viewpoint as a packaging material. Toluene is mainly used for an organic liquid of the organosol. The acid modified polyolefin film in the polyolefin film is the same kind as that in the organosol. Moreover, when the polyolefin film is polymerized on the adhesive coating film, if the film is a multi-layered film, the surface of the acid modified polyolefin film is polymerized with the adhesive coating film. |
