Appts. for taking blood samples, has flow regulator (10) between oppositely-pointing front (2) and rear (3) needles, the regulator (10) being outwardly spring-loaded (11) to closed position, and having an actuator (12) for pushing it in when the rear needle (3) penetrates the sealing stopper of a vacuum sample test tube when taking a sample from a patient via the front needle (2). A front needle (2) protective cover (22) opens the flow regulator (10) when applied to the appts., and pref. also has a strap (24) with an end cap (23) closing a tube (18) for receiving the vacuum sample test tube. |
