<p>PURPOSE:To provide a windmill without fears of being damaged upon a typhoon and the like by deviating and opening in their angles of attachement for stoppers attached to wing boards correspondignly and releasing a part of a wind when the wind velocity became more than a designed one. CONSTITUTION:When a force of a wind is given in a direction such as an arrow sign B, wing boards 6, 7 which are facing along the wind direction substantially become conditions of being hanged substantially, wing boards 61, 71, which are in forms of resisting against the wind direction, are opened from stoppers 81, 91, and reduce resistances, while wing boards 62, 72 at an opposite side are restrained to pivot by stoppers 82, 92 and increase resistances, therefore, a torque shown by an arrow sign C is generated in a vertical revolving shaft 4. When the wind velocity became higher than a designed velocity, the stoppers 82, 92 are deviated and are opened in their angles of attachement by the wind pressure and release a part of the wind in order to escape damages for the vertical revolving shaft 4, the wing boards 62, 72, the stoppers 82, 92 and the like.</p> |
