The specifically defined geometry of the device's incorporated fluid circulation system (4), and its well defined location relative to the center (9) of the spherical body of mass (10), produces an imbalance between resultant forces acting in opposing directions on the system confined primary (18) and secondary (19) fluid masses, thus causing fluid flow in the direction of the greater force to be convened into power. |
