<p>Use of a material containing as a major component lignin sulfonate prepared by specially treating lignin to introduce 0.20 mol or more of carboxy group and 0.10 mol or more of sulfo group per phenylpropane unit as a slump reduction-preventing agent for mortar concrete, and a method for improving the applicability of mortar concrete, which comprises adding the slump reduction-preventing agent to mortar concrete in a proportion of 0.05-0.5% at an optional stage before or after kneading mortar concrete. </p> |
