发明名称 MILL SETUP CONDITION DETERMINING METHOD OF DOUBLE ROW CONTINUOUS ROLLING
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To correctly determine stable rolling conditions through operation by giving entrance side and exit side material sizes, approaching the tension between each stand to target value and obtaining the number of revolutions of motors and roll gap at which the exit side material size difference become minimum. CONSTITUTION:Functions such as the entrance side material sizes of the 1st stand and the exit side material sizes of final stand are given and the tension between the stands of each rolling row is so operated as to become a target value and further the difference of the tension between the stands or compressive force as to become minimum by the spcified calculation formula. Also, the operations are so performed that the exit side material sizes of the respective rolling rows of the final stand approach to target values and the exit side material size differences become minimum. By these operations, the number of revolutions of each stand and roll gaps are obtained. This method eliminates the need for trial rolling and causes the mill setup conditions of double row continuous rolling to be determined.</p>
