PURPOSE:To enable recording media liquid to be preserved for a long period of time, without causing it deterioration of recording capability, by sealing a container (tank) with a flexible film so as not to allow the recording media liquid to contact the open air. CONSTITUTION:In a recording madia liquid storage tank 6 of a device in which recording of the liquid is made by droplets 11 of splash occurring at the time when the recording media liquid is discharged from an outlet 5 provided on a recording head 1, No. 1 tare composed of a non-flexible member is to become a recording media liquid containing unit 13, and No. 2 tare 14 composed of a flexible material is attached onto the wall surface of the container 13 in an airtight manner. When the container 13 is filled with the recording media liquid, the flexible member is left folded as 14'. |
