PURPOSE:To enable stable soldering to be performed without any supply defect by supplying solder to the vertically moving nozzle comprising being built in with a heating heater and having openable end thereby opening the nozzle end as it descends and letting the molten solder flow down. CONSTITUTION:The end of a nozzle 11 is heated with a heater 15 and with the end of the nozzle being held closed the nozzle 11 is positioned to the ascending end. Next, one solder particle 12 is supplied to the nozzle 11 from a solder feeder 19 and is melted at the end part. Thence, the nozzle 11 is lowered and at the same time the end is slightly opened to let the molten solder 12 become ball-form at the end. The nozzle 11 is then further lowered and the molten solder 12 is contacted to the stem 13 which has been heated and has been carried to the specified position by a conveying jig 16. Since the stem 13 has been heated, it lets the molten solder 12 flash with a good fit. Following to this, the foregoing process is repeated and the flashed solder is evenly spread by a round bar or the like, thence a pellet is mounted. |
