<p>PURPOSE:To contrive both regulation of long-period consolidation strength and gelation time and improvement in permeability as a ground injecting material, by specifying molar ratio of silica/alkaline metal oxide and constituting a material of water glass, pozzolan and lime. CONSTITUTION:A material for consolidation constituted of three components of (A) water glass at <2.5 molar ratio of SiO2/alkaline metal oxide, (B) amorphous fine silica particulate pozzolan and (C) limes. The content of the limes is >0.2 molar ratio of limes/SiO2 (total amount due to the water glass and pozzolan). If an alkaline agent, such as caustic soda, is blended with the above- mentioned three components, a long gelation time and long-period consolidation can be attained. In this case, the alkaline agent is used in an amount so as to provide preferably <=2.5, preferably 2.5-0.5 molar ratio of SiO2/alkali (total amount of the alkali in the water glass and the alkaline agent).</p> |
