CONSTITUTION:New fault detection relay ALA is provided to detect the current flowing to actuate the relays excepting the storage relay under the holding state among the storage relay groups S0-Sm which hold the action by receiving the fault information within fault reception device RCV and in accordance with the fault items. The alarm is given by the operation of relay ALA. As a result, whether the fault information of the different item is transferred newly can be identified.
