Surface of PVC film is given thin coating of polyurethane lacquer, pref. pigmented 2-component type, pref. by printing (with screen rolls) or with brush. This film is used for coating steel, chipboard, wood carpenter's board, fireproof board etc., for furniture manufacture. Coating imparts greatly improved mechanical and chemical resistance and antistatic character and also light fastness, making it possible to use cheap interior film instead of exterior type. |
