PURPOSE:To obtain a limiter circuit which does not change the saturation voltage due to temperatures and is not affected by change of load resistances. CONSTITUTION:Input Ei is given to the negative-side input terminal of operational amplifier A1 through input impedance Ri, and its positive-side input terminal is grounded, and resistance Rf is connected to the feedback circuit. Further, one ends of resistances R1 and R2 are connected in parallel from output terminal b of operational amplifier A1, and the other ends of resistances R1 and R2 are connected to anodes of diodes D1 and D2 and cathodes of diodes D3 and D4, and the cathode of diode D1 is connected to +V1 power source terminal where the upper-limit saturation value is given, and the anode of diode D3 is connected to-V2 power source terminal where the lower-limit saturation value is given. The cathode of diode D2 and the anode of diode D4 are connected to negative input terminal a of operational amplifier A1 through feedback resistance Rf at connection point e and become output terminal Eo. |
