<p>Directly reflecting lacquer is prepared by emulsifying two immiscible liquid phases, one phase contg. and wetting the pigments, and the other phase contg. and wetting glass beads, while each phase contains a carrier dissolved in a solvent. The hydrophilic phase of the emulsion contains an alkyd resin, and the hydrophilic phase contains an acrylic emulsion. The lacquer provides layers which are reflecting immediately after application.</p> |
