PURPOSE:To increase impregnation of positive electrode and to improve battery performance, by adding iron oxide in the positive electrode. CONSTITUTION:Iron oxide is added in the positive electrode of the battery which comprises a negative electrode of light metal active material, non-aqueous electrolyte, and a positive electrode. Added amount of iron oxide is desirably 30% or less by weight to the positive electrode active material. |
