Fibre reactive azo dyes of formula (I) are new. In (I) the benzene or naphthadene ring A may contain other substits; R is H or 1-4C alkyl; R1 and R2 are H, opt. substd. alkyl, cycloalkyl or together form a heterocyclic ring R3 is H, 1-4C alkyl or acylamino, esp. opt. substd. 1-4C alkyl- or aryl-carbonylamino, formylamino, oxalylamino or opt. substd. ureido; R4 is H, 1-4C alkyl or alkoxy, COOH, or SO3H; n is 1,2 or 3. Used in dyeing or printing of materials contg. OH or NH gps. in yellow to reddish-yellow shades. Good wet and light fastness are obtd.
