Window pane esp. for use in caravans and trailers, comprises transparent plastics and is composed of 2 spaced sheets which are firmly bonded together along the edges. At least 1 sheet is divided into domed sections which are connected together by an expansion fold. The inner sheet is flat whilst the outer one has those convex domed areas delimited by the expansion fold near which stabilising strips are mounted. The latter are glued to the outside of the expansion fold.
